How to change email marketing provider
Make is a Norwegian company specializing in newsletter and SMS delivery for the Norwegian market.
How to switch to Make
Create an account in Make.
Export all contacts and import them into Make.
Export all bounced contacts and import them into Make.
Export all unsubscribed contacts and import them into Make.
Copy the web version of the templates you use and send them to your contact at Make, and we will set them up for you.
Set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. This is slightly technical, but necessary to ensure the best possible deliverability.
If you use sign-up forms, these must be created in Make and added to your website.
If you have automations, these must be set up in Make.
Excellent support and technical assistance
We all do more or less the same thing, and Make is a self-service solution like so many others. You want to send newsletters, campaigns, and automated emails to your customers. What sets Make apart from everyone else, is that we are here for you when you get stuck and need help.
Would you like to brainstorm with us on how to best set up a welcome sequence for your new customers? Are you having issues with an email that hasn't arrived, or do you need help with technical matters like SPF, DKIM, or DMARC?
Just know that we are only a chat or phone call away, and we all speak Norwegian.
What about my templates and contacts?
You are completely free to switch newsletter providers and move contacts from one system to another. You do not need to obtain consent again either. Contacts, unsubscribes, and bounced emails can easily be moved from your existing system to Make. You can do this yourself, or one of our advisors can help you.
Remember that we provide all customers with free onboarding and training via screen sharing. The steps you need to take are therefore done together with an advisor. We have performed this transition for hundreds of customers, and it is usually completed within a couple of hours. Many of our customers send their first newsletters the very day after switching to Make.
You are in good company
We handle more than 700 million annual newsletter deliveries for our Norwegian users. These are some of the companies that choose to use Make.
