WooCommerce Subscriptions and Make – automated subscription data

Do you sell products or services with recurring payments via WooCommerce Subscriptions? You can connect this to Make to ensure new subscribers are automatically added to your system – with no manual effort.

What is WooCommerce Subscriptions?

WooCommerce Subscriptions is an add-on plugin for WooCommerce (WordPress) that allows online stores to sell products and services with recurring payments, rather than just one-off purchases. It handles automatic billing at set intervals – such as weekly, monthly, or annually – and supports trial periods, sign-up fees, and synchronized payment dates. Customers can manage their own subscriptions via "my account," while the store gets tools to handle failed payments and renewals automatically. The plugin is commonly used for memberships, box subscriptions, or products purchased on a regular basis.

How the integration works

Make synchronizes new subscribers and subscriptions from WooCommerce Subscriptions in bulk. WooCommerce acts as the master system, with traffic moving in one direction. The connection is established via an API key (consumer key and consumer secret) created in WordPress under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.
