Bandsintown and Make: Automatic concert content for your newsletter
Does your artist, venue, or event organiser use Bandsintown to publish concerts? If so, you can connect Bandsintown with Make to automatically add upcoming concerts to your newsletter, eliminating the need for manual duplicate entry.
What is Bandsintown?
Bandsintown is a free app and website that helps music fans discover concerts, festivals, and live events nearby. Users can follow their favourite artists, receive notifications about upcoming shows, and buy tickets directly from official ticket sellers.
How the integration works
This is a pure content integration, not a contact synchronization. Event retrieval is done through Bandsintown's API, which provides access to data on upcoming concerts. The data is converted into RSS rows that you can drag straight into your newsletter, with information such as title, date, description, and status structured automatically.
