How the integration works

This is an external integration developed by Compendia. It differs from many other integrations as data flows both ways: Compendia acts as the master system, but unsubscribes and bounces are reported back to it. The synchronization runs once a day, and only contacts who have not opted out of marketing are included.

Note, as this is an external integration, Compendia, not Make, owns and maintains the connection.
