Hoopla events (content transfer)
In brief: Hoopla events are automatically retrieved via API and made available as ready-to-use RSS rows in Make.
Hoopla events and Make – automatic content for your newsletter
Do you sell tickets for concerts, courses, sports events, or festivals through Hoopla? You can connect Hoopla with Make to automatically include your events in your newsletter – without anyone having to enter them twice.
What is Hoopla?
Hoopla is a complete ticketing system for Norwegian event organizers. The solution makes it easy to sell tickets and manage events, offering mobile-friendly ticket sales, quick check-in, and clear reporting – allowing you to spend less time on logistics and more on the event itself.
How the integration works
This is a content-only integration – not contact synchronization. Event data is retrieved through Hoopla's API, and the data is converted into RSS feeds that you can drag directly into your newsletter. By using RSS as an intermediary, information such as titles, dates, descriptions, and images is structured automatically, making content production faster.

Why connect Hoopla events with Make?
Avoid duplicate work – events do not need to be entered twice
Always fresh content – the newsletter updates automatically based on current events
Category-based filtering – the category field makes it easy to filter which types of events are shown in the newsletter
Works with contact synchronization – combine with the standard Hoopla integration to handle both ticket buyers and content in one setup
