What is Loby?

Loby is a Danish software company headquartered in Copenhagen. How the integration works

Make automatically synchronizes new customers from Loby. Only customers who have consented to newsletters (SUBSCRIBED_TO_NEWSLETTER) are included.

Additionally, tickets, memberships/subscriptions, and event data can be synchronized, including details such as purchase date, status, start date, duration, and event location.

Automatic event content

As an extension, a dedicated content integration is available: it automatically retrieves upcoming events from Loby and makes them available as ready-to-use content in Make. By adding the "recurring action" add-on, you can automate the entire process so that the newsletter is generated based on available events, complete with title, image, date, time, and link to ticket purchase pre-filled.
