Loby Events and Make – automated event content for your newsletter

Do you use Loby to manage events, tickets, or memberships? You can connect Loby Events with Make, ensuring your events automatically appear in your newsletter without any duplicate entry.

What is Loby?

Loby is a Danish membership and ticket management platform that simplifies handling members, guests, digital membership cards, and automated emails. The platform is primarily used by cultural institutions and small-to-medium businesses looking to consolidate sales, data, and membership management into one system.

How the integration works

This is a pure content integration, not a contact synchronization. Make retrieves events from the Loby events endpoint, providing access to upcoming items for the near future. The feed is tailored for Make and converted into RSS rows that you can easily drag into your newsletter template. Connection is established via Bearer Token, and Loby remains the master system with one-way data transfer.

Why connect Loby Events and Make?

  • No duplicate work – events only need to be entered once

  • Always up to date – the newsletter updates automatically based on upcoming events

  • Faster production – less manual effort required to build event content

  • Works with contact sync – combine with the standard Loby integration to handle both membership data and content in a single setup
