How the integration works

This is an external integration developed by Profundo. The data flows both ways: Profundo acts as the master system, but unsubscribes are recorded back there and updated in Make during the next sync, which typically runs once a day.

In addition, Profundo retrieves campaigns and statistics from Make to log in their own systems, giving your organisation a complete overview of what has been sent to whom.
