What is RecMan?

RecMan is a complete SaaS solution for recruitment, staffing, and workforce management, delivered as a cloud-based CRM designed for recruitment agencies, staffing agencies, and consulting firms. The system offers three main solutions: Recruiter LITE (an ATS to streamline hiring processes), Recruiter (a full CRM with candidate database and invoicing), and Workforce (resource allocation, time tracking, and automated payroll rules).

How the integration works

Make synchronizes contacts from RecMan in batches of 250. RecMan acts as the master system, with one-way data transfer. RecMan offers several different data sources (scopes) the integration can pull from, including Candidates, Company, CompanyContacts, and Users. Only contacts with active newsletter consent are included.
