Ticketmaster Discovery API and Make – automated event content
Do you sell tickets to multiple events through Ticketmaster? By connecting the Ticketmaster Discovery API with Make, your events can automatically populate your newsletter, eliminating the need for manual entry.
What is the Ticketmaster Discovery API?
Ticketmaster is a global ticketing platform that sells tickets for concerts, sporting events, theater performances, and other live events, serving both as primary sales for organizers and a secondary market for resale. The Discovery API is Ticketmaster's own interface for retrieving information about upcoming events.
How the integration works
This is a content-only integration, not contact synchronization. Event retrieval is managed through Ticketmaster's Discovery API, and the data is converted into RSS rows that you can drag directly into your newsletter. Using RSS as an intermediary automatically structures details such as titles, dates, descriptions, and images, speeding up content production. Synchronization occurs via webhook, either when the newsletter editor loads or when the RSS feed is updated.
