What is Tixly?
Tixly is a ticketing system developed for the cultural and entertainment sector, focusing on theatres, concert halls, and other live events. The platform covers ticket sales, subscriptions, and audience management, and is known for its flexibility and strong integration capabilities.
How the integration works
Make automatically syncs new registrations and purchases from Tixly. Only contacts who have opted in to receive newsletters within the last month are imported, ensuring consent is always prioritized. Additionally, you can sync membership sales ("Friend of [your business]") from the past month.

An optional content integration is also available: it automatically fetches events from Tixly via RSS and makes them available as pre-built rows or content blocks in Make. When you publish an event in Tixly, it appears in Make, ready to drag and drop into your newsletter with the title, image, date, venue, and price already filled in.
Why connect Tixly and Make?
Eliminate manual lists: new ticket buyers are imported automatically
Faster content creation: events do not need to be entered twice
Targeted audience: communicate with those who have actually opted in to hear from you
More time for what matters: spend less time on data management and more on content and sales
