What is Yogo?
YOGO is a membership and booking system designed for businesses offering training, classes, and memberships, such as yoga and pilates studios, gyms, saunas, and dance or martial arts clubs. YOGO simplifies payment, booking, and reporting in a single solution for both businesses and members, allowing you to spend more time on operations and less on administration.
How the integration works
Make retrieves data from the YOGO Booking API in bulk. Yogo is the master system, and data flows one way.
Group classes: A single call retrieves all group classes up to 180 days into the future (maximum 250 classes), including details of who is booked. This provides three types of data:
Events: the group class itself, including name, location, time, and whether it is cancelled
Customers: those booked on the class, including contact details, address, date of birth, and which class they checked into
Tickets: the connection between the customer and the group class, including purchase time and status
Class series: Courses spanning multiple days, such as a yoga course, are retrieved as a separate event type with start and end dates for the entire series, along with registered customers.
